Orders are dispatched via UPS exclusively from Tuesday to Wednesday. Any orders submitted after 2 pm on Wednesday will be processed for shipment the following week. Customers will receive a tracking number via email once the package is prepared for dispatch. While we endeavor to process orders promptly, often on the same day, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be shipped. For urgent orders, we recommend upgrading to overnight shipping or contacting us directly.
